D. Andrew Phillips
Andy Phillips leads the firm's creditors' rights section. His practice is largely devoted to representing creditors in business and consumer bankruptcy cases, as well as related litigation. A multi-jurisdictional practice, Mr. Phillips has represented creditors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings, Unsecured Creditors Committees in large business cases and on occasion Chapter 11 debtors. He, along with other members of the creditors' rights section, routinely represent creditors in both state and federal courts affording them representation in both bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy venues.
