Lee Durrett works in the litigation section of the firm with experience in general litigation and the defense of liability claims. Although Mr. Durrett's practice focuses primarily in the area of insurance defense, he handles a variety of defense claims in both state and federal courts. Mr. Durrett also has experience in the defense of product liabilityclaims and regularly represents creditors in both litigated and non-litigated commercial and business matters.
