Contact Jason Sharp
Jason Sharp works with businesses, business owners and other individuals on the planning and implementation of business transactions including entity structuring and formation, acquisitions, financing, succession planning and contract drafting and negotiation. He has represented developers, landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers and lenders in numerous commercial and real estate transactions. Jason also assists families and individuals with estate planning and probate matters.
Jason received his Bachelor in Business Administration from Mississippi State University before moving to Little Rock Arkansas, where he earned a law degree with honors from the William H. Bower School of Law at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He previously at Rose Law Firm and Brunini, Grantham, Gower & Hewes, PLLC before joining Mitchell McNutt & Sams, PA in 2020. Jason has served on several state and local boards including the Board of Commissioners of the Mississippi Bar, Board of Directors for the Young Lawyer's Division of the Mississippi Bar Association, Columbus Young Professionals, United Way of Lowndes County and Columbus Main Street.
