John Hill is the firm's former managing partner/president. He has practiced in Tupelo with Mitchell McNutt since 1980 with a general litigation practice, that has included insurance defense, workers' compensation defense, representation of employers and governmental entities in employment and civil rights litigation and construction litigation. He also represents and has represented a number of governmental entities and school boards as board counsel.
