Rick Culp couples his problem-solving skills and professional decorum to meet his clients' demands for successful litigation of complex matters. With a firm command of substantive and procedural case management tools, Rick is regularly retained by Insurers to defend Class Actions, “Bad-Faith” Litigation, and Casualty Insurance disputes in the trucking, homeowners, and auto liability arenas. Rick provides coverage opinions to insurers and defends Creditors and Agencies in highly technical FDCPA, FCRA and TCPA actions. Rick has extensive trial success in state and federal courts.
