Contact Taylor Sandroni
Taylor is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee with his focus on the representation of businesses, financial institutions, and families. Taylor advises clients on a variety of transactional matters including business formations, acquisitions, drafting contracts, negotiations, and structuring businesses to maximize efficiency while also minimizing taxes and limiting liability. He also works closely with families and individuals in the areas of tax planning, estate planning and administration, asset protection, trusts, elder law, and business succession planning.
When he is not in the office, Taylor is an active member of his church and the Tupelo community as a whole. He is an avid Ole Miss sports fan who enjoys playing pickleball and softball, traveling, and spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Coop.
