Contact Tate Clayton
Tate joined the firm in 2024 and is an associate in the Tupelo office. Tate attended Mississippi State University where he was a three-year letterman for the Men's Basketball Team. Following graduation, he worked in Washington, D.C. on the staff of a member of the United States Senate. Most recently, Tate graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Tate practices in a wide range of areas, including business and commercial litigation, medical and nursing home defense, professional liability claims, real estate, general corporate matters, and general litigation matters. Outside of the office, Tate enjoys watching sports, golf, and spending time with his wife Anna Claire.
